About us
The bridge between what you want to achieve and what your systems can support.
ProTechBridge was founded on a simple observation: marketing teams and technology teams are usually solving two halves of the same problem, and almost never in the same room.

Our story
Why I started ProTechBridge
My working days are spent on the seam between what a business wants to achieve and what its systems will actually support — leading custom development and integrations for a billion-dollar public company, with an engineering team spread across several time zones.
That vantage point makes one pattern impossible to miss. A company invests properly in demand, generates real interest, and then loses it to a slow page, a form that fails silently, or a CRM nobody trusts. Meanwhile the technology roadmap gets built in isolation, optimised for internal tidiness rather than commercial outcome. Both sides are doing their jobs. The gap between them is where the money goes.
I started ProTechBridge in 2025 to work on that gap directly. It is deliberately one person: whoever you speak to is who does the work, and nothing gets handed to a junior bench once the contract is signed. That caps how much I take on, which is the point rather than a limitation.
CogsIQ is the clearest evidence of what that looks like in practice — a profitability platform I designed, built, and still run in production. Living with your own architecture decisions, your own data model, and your own on-call changes the advice you give.

What we stand for
Four commitments we hold ourselves to
These are not poster slogans. They are the things we will be judged on at the end of an engagement.
Say the difficult thing early
If a project is scoped wrong, the budget is unrealistic, or the tool you have already bought is the wrong one, you will hear it in week one — not in the closing report.
Leave clients more capable
We document what we build and train your team to run it. A good engagement should reduce your dependence on us, not deepen it.
Measure honestly
We report the numbers that matter, including the ones that went the wrong way. Selective reporting helps nobody make a better decision next quarter.
Build things that last
No throwaway code, no undocumented spreadsheets holding the business together, no dependency on one person's memory.
Working with us
What clients get that they don't elsewhere
Marketing and technology under one roof
Most agencies stop at the campaign; most consultancies stop at the architecture diagram. We bridge both, so your growth plan and your systems plan are the same plan.
Vendor-neutral by design
We take no referral commissions from platform vendors. When we recommend a tool, it's because it fits your problem and your budget.
Accountable to outcomes
Engagements are scoped against measurable results — pipeline, conversion, cost-to-serve, uptime — and reported against them every month.
Senior people, actually doing the work
This is a solo practice by design. The person you speak to is the person who does the work — there is no account manager relaying messages, and no junior bench the delivery quietly moves to.
Think we might be a fit?
We'll happily tell you if we're not. Send us a short note about the problem and we'll come back with an honest read within one business day.
